Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the item is faulty or does not match its description.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@misky.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
